Are you reffering to psychic ability? It's when people can leave their physical body and see what's ahead via spirit. They then come back and know what lies ahead. Also, if you've played Psi-Ops or seen Suspect 0, those give pretty good ideas of it...

Get a web cam attached in one computer and let others view remotely from other location thousand miles away.

In computer terms, I think it mans that the IT (computer department) department can view and have access to your computer.
