why did you buy a size 8 if you are a size 10? If you can take it back and get the correct size. It's very doubtful even if you get in on it's going to look flattering, probably going to make you look fat.

well maybe if you alter it a little if you have time?! But if you cant I say dont try and force it I mean if you do you might just end up tearing it....im sure you can find another top to put on and if you cant borrow another from a friend maybe?...or go to the mall and get another one?.....well thats the only thing I can tell you? wait I thought of something else.....kinda wacky but......try ripping it and if you're good at sewing try sewing it onto yourself....I dont think it will work but if your really desperate you can try!!! LOL.......

I was in your shoes. I decided to do an ironman. I am training right now to do one in 2007. Its only been a couple months, but I have already lost weight and dropped a size. My abs and arms look great and toned. And I am having a blast doing it!

Depends on what kind of shirt it is and how it is suposto to get on... But I'd say you should be able to just suck it in and fit it on if it's only two size difference... Not sure if there's anything that would be hindering that...
But if you need help getting it on, get a girlfriend to give a hand...

Always try the tops on in the shop before buying them. Either that or the top has shrunk in the wash. It happens to me alot.

Get a larger size shirt because there is no way it will look good on you if you can't fit in it and it won't be very comfortable

Wash it and as it is still wet, stretch it, put in the tumble drier, and take it out b4 it dries totally, stretch it a bit more and then iron it. Or wash it and stretch it as you are ironing it wet, that way it will dry as a size bigger.

Well, can you alter the top? You could cut out the sides and make them lace up or you could take the top to a professional for alterations.
