If we are, then it seems like an awful waste of space. Human beings would have to be completely arrogrant and self-centered to think that in the vastness of the entire universe, we are the only intelligent life in existance.

Def not, we cannot be the only ones that's for sure. The Universe is humongous, if there's life on Earth there's life somewhere else. Is mind boggling when you think about it.

NO!!! But we'll never know because of the distance between
the galaxies and we do not have the technology to find out whether there are any planets with life as we know it on any of them

I think that THE CREATOR that gave me life gave others life as well. It would be incredibly naive of me and self centered to think that there isn't something or someone larger than I am!

until i see an being from anther planet, i have to say yes. we have no proof, and this idea has been around for years. it stays cause it fasinates people.
