I work for a local charity and I am trying to write a new set of assessment criteria and I need help. If anybody could suggest some websites I would be extremely grateful.

in what way you are working with adults
what are the aims and pruposes of your organisation
what is your role beyond assessment
what are the outcomes you are seeking
with this information we can better give you relelvant ideas, websites etc.

No offense, but if you don't know how to write an assessment criteria it suggests that you aren't qualified to be doing it. If the criteria are going to be applied to individuals then you have to consider passing it off to someone who has experience in it.
