Should they be allowed to even if the missles can reach other countries?

How are you going to stop them? Diplomacy isn't going to work. Do we bomb them out of existence? Short of that I don't know what we can do. Do I think that's a good idea? NO! I don't. Perhaps they'd think twice if the world were united against them, but since it seems that most countries are either neutral or defend them I think they'll keep doing it until they succeed.

Yeah no doubt every one has the right to spread its wings even if under those wings there was mass destruction & by da way U have to trust the communists

Why not? The us is doing it, France is doing it....plenty more do it.
