Cocoons... That's an interesting word. Butterflies is more traditional. Shakyness, lack of confidence, nausea, they're the classics, but I don't really know what you mean by cocoon... If it's anything like what I've said above then yeah, it happens to everyone who gets nervous easily.

easily no longer. there is not any connection between someone having a anxious emotion and having a protecting case of silk or similar fibrous cloth spun by larvae of insects on your abdomen!
