I think you should find someone else to like. by telling him you like him, you will only get your feelings hurt and also hurt your friend's. also you already know that there is no chance for you and him because he as already made known that he likes your friend.

Your friend will also feel like she can't ever trust you anymore if you try to take her boyfriend.
