It depends on the nature of job. Most of the interviewers select employees that can express themselves with confidence during the selection. The next thing on their mind is the competency level of the employees (Less Fresh Graduate). The last thing and the most important is the salary of the employee. Does it benchmark with the current market value? These are some of the factors I know when employers select any employees

Depends on the job!!
Most generally, with everything else being equal (or a little less than) the more attractive candidate will get the job.

If the job is to be a model probably! But otherwise I don't really think so unless there is something not right going on... generally known as prejudice!

Not necessarily! It depends on who runs Human Resources. My experience has been, that if a female runs HR, the women employed, are usually average or below. If a guy has control of HR, the women are usually above average, physically.

As many attractive but incompetent people have discovered, getting a job and keeping it are two different things.

Not necessarily although I think they may have an initial advantage. However, confidence is a better asset to have. And good grammar( in whatever your countries language is ) always helps.
