life would suck cuz all the greedy people would cut down the trees or fence them off or something stupid and childish like that and leave all the decent people who wouldnt steal to become poor, homeless and starve. and nothing would get done because theyd already have money why would they want to work? everything would eventually become corrupt. but if only decent people with morals and all that good stuff could pick the money, then it would be ok cuz theyd help out all the people who need it most.(being good people and all)
