I would recommend India not to nod all the times at Pakistan whenever there is a blast.
Second, such aggressive Hindu organizations like ABVP, Sangh Parivar, VHP etc. are in fact inflaming the Muslim's anger with "communal riots" where thousands of Muslims get killed unnoticed, mainly by government's sanction and sanction of such parties as BJP and Sonya Gandhi's Congress.
Third, Muslims are deprived from any more or less important social role in State affairs. Solve this problem also.
Fourth, main point - Sarkar does not simply care of its own citizens. Why should they - there is always Pakistan to blame!
By the way, on CNN the correspondent of CNN-IBN (Indian CNN offshoot) said that the possible source of Mumbai blasts was "underworld conected gang", while Indian media was vehemently accusing Islamabad and SIMI (Muslim Students' Union of India) in organizing terror acts. What a hypocricy!!!

The Indian Government has to study this problem. What has caused the Kashmir problem to get worse? Has Al-Qaeda recruited Kashmir Muslims?
Steps should be taken to invite the people of Kashmir into India.
After Tony Blair was elected PM of Britain, steps were taken to reduce terrorism from Ireland. I believe that Tony Blair and the Parliament made some major changes to help form peace. Can these ideas work in India?

Just because a government doesn't wage war against other countries, doesn't mean it isn't taking steps against terrorism.
Terrorism isn't a dictator you can overthrow, or a regime you can replace....
If a country takes no steps against terrorism it is foolish, there needs to be means to fight against those who would strike terror into you countries heart. However starting an international war on terror is a futile attempt to attack an ideal with the very kind of policies which create it. Terrorism can only be fought with a sturdy intelligence network and nation of virtues which does not attract such actions due to its policies.

It is one thing to make things as safe as possible, but when the steps start taking away my liberties we have gone too far! Millions have died for our freedoms, I am not ready to give mine up just yet!
I am nor afraid of terrorist, and I am not willing to give up my freedoms if 100,000 were killed here.
I don't want to be a Fascist state!!

I believe that national security (defending the country) is important, but it depends on India's priorities right now. How big is the terrorist threat?
At any rate, I believe that terrorists are defending the honour of their own countries. Remember the quote,
"One country's terrorist is another country's freedom fighter."
Nevertheless, saving lives should be pretty high on the priority list...

Find out who did it, hunt them down , kill them before they
multiply or the problem will get worse. Nothing breeds terrorism
like unretaliated sucess. Like a child that goes unpunished , the acts will get worse.
