The plastic Jesus on my dashboard sees everything...so I avoid nose picking and other questionable behavior while driving.

No. People can see you unless you have the darker tinted windows. Because anyone looking in your direction can see you picking your nose.

obviously the person sitting next to you will see you and totally gross out (unless unfortunately the person is blind) and people from other modes of transportation will also be able to see you unless your windows are tinted .All in all it's not a very good idea and it's better done in the bathroom where no one sees you

2. alone in a garage
3. nobody around in sight

5. if you can pick real fast when they aren't looking they wont see
