they are prevented from having any voice in congress for years and have simply given up and directed there energy towards re-election at this point .Fund raising is taking its toll on them as more and more companies turn there backs democrats who would attempt to put a hold on defense spending and reduce it dramatically.
THIS will cause many in the finacial community to become upset and donations for the campaigns for re-election are hamppered by having to convince the contributors that there programs will be spared if elected .
THE contributors know this is a lie so democrats must seek support from the common man who is currentlly in finacial ruin and short of cash.
EVERYONE who gets a welfare check or has a government job is difficult to get contributions from because there pay is direcly affeected when ever democrats are in office.
GOVERNMENT welfare is staggering these days with so much of our taxes going to the defense industry which has become entrenched in american society.WAR though it makes nothing of value is the second largest expense we have today bar non except social security .
SO defense spending is really number one and has the biggest impact on america.
BY raising taxes on the working class who do not work for defense contractors we take the money from the poor and shift it to well what i like to call the offense workers .OFFENSE workers make up 25% of our economy paid with taxes ,these people simply continue to recieve huge pay checks benefits and health care the average worker does not .THE feel as intitled to this money as a welfare momma and her 6 kids .THIS trend in american employment and voting for republicans who fund military expenditures leaves democrats begging from the poor man who must pay the cost of these americans who feed of the working man.SEE if you make bombs you cause inflation if you make bombs you death and distruction become your allie and even with rebuilding we are spending money that could of been spent on peace and building services a community would enjoy.FOR every home we rebuild with government money for the poor in IRAQ WE CREATE INFLATION . this is caused by a shotage of homes due to the distruction and the rebuilding takes years and never meets the new demands .RAISING the price of homes and thus creating inflation cause the haves will want the good life at the expense of the halve nots.
DEMOCRATS are having a tougher time convincing people that they will not cut jobs when we need to trim the fat from government and end these welfare recipiants who make weapons of war with no benefit to mankind.
DEMOCRATS realize the tough sell ahead of them but choices need to be made and appoligies issued to the world for our interference in the middle -east for 50 years and a complete pull out of all troops .
DEMOCRATS know what a tuff sell this is and we as a nation must do this if we are to avoid ww3 over oil.

You have posed a question that should read, why don't republicans go to work anymore.Who do you think supply this country with the food you eat, the gas that runs your cars, and ect? It's your lazy democrate's farmers that puts food on your table, and it's the lazy democrate's truckers that bring the gas to the gas station to run your cars. I think it's time for the republicans to get off their butts and stop pointing their finger at the hard working Democrates .I live in a big farming community, they are up ever morning at 4:30 milking cows , feeding animals , working the fields seven days a week. Most democrate farms don't have the luxury of a 8 hour job or a vacation because they are feeding whimming butt republicans, that have soft skin hands.
And most democrates that I know work 12 hours a day job.So with that I can tell which party is the workers because most democrates don't have time to sit around on a computer asking dumb question like this.

Most Democrats work. The only people whom Republicanism really benefits economically don't have to work because they live off trust funds. Most Republicans have a family member getting some sort of government assistance.

What your sayings is that it's ok for a Liberal or a Democrat to cite websites like moveon.org and conspiracy theory 9/11 video websites when stating their "facts" but it's not ok for Conservatives and Republicans?

ANYMORE?? Did they EVER go to work?? All I see them doing is standing in line at the welfare office AS I DRIVE by on my way to WORK. Or they are standing in the town square holding up signs that say "Impeach Bush" or No more Blood for Oil" or Stop War" or "WE LOVE OSAMA" etc.......

They LOVE to spend MY tax dollars.

because those who voted for them don't use their constitutional rights and let them know what is expected of them, but its the same with the republicans also. we as voters have to make our wants known. i think we have become so used to the government doing whatever they want and doing what the corperates pay them to do instead of what the actual voters want. so we have become so laxed, that they forget their pledges when they were running for election because we do not make our voices heard.

Most people I know are democrats and they all work... attorneys , teachers , a doctor , business owners. I don't think your information is valid.
