Hmm, you could actually try Community Colleges. Many offer degrees in mangament and hospitality. Maybe you should "aim" higher.

But, if you are really interested in being a building supervisor, you have to be aware of HVAC standards, Worker's Compensation Laws, HASMAT, etc. There's more to custodial work than just mopping floors.
