It all depends on your conception of what a real man is! I mean depending on people, you'll find some of them reckon Bruce Willis is a real man, others look at a man no one would notice and decide he is their hero, hence a real man!
Maybe you need to take people, men as they are! Some men have more energy/virility than others but take Godfather the movie for example! Whish do you regard as a real man? Sonny who blows up all the time, ends up getting killed? O i know he was dishy! Or Michael, who appeared less assuming, quieter, a bit childlike? And ends up becoming the Godfather! You know it's not about expressions of virility but what a man has to offer in terms of quality! Being there to support you when you're down, your rock, your shoulder to cry on etc. Some men may not appear to be that! But quite a few are.
Having said that ... I do think men are not as reliable as we are (Females) Because they suffer from a selfish streak! They all do! So it's a case of accepting that no man is ever going to turn out to be your real terrific wonder man, if he will be the one who loves you, there for you when you need him, loving, caring and understanding of your needs. He'll never be Mr perfect because such man doesn't exist but then again ... We'll never be Mrs Perfect either!

metro sexualized doesnt cancel them out as a real man what makes a man is man is character, amongst other things im married to a great man. he is in the navy and i agree with the marine wife..there are many good marine men... think of the character it takes to join the military... there are good men everywhere.. some just need to mature a little.. i guess what you looking for is a alpha male. and there are still a ton out there..

yes there are real men out here im the sort of man who will fight for the right lock up the wrong and defend the weak all while looking after the girl in my life and enjoying time with family and freinds so no time for waxing or moisturizng to busy being me

Yes there are still some of us out there, that doesn't look up to David Beckham, have a vibrating razor with 15 blades on it, own anti-aging face cream etc...

there are un hetrosexualised men about still, my boyfriend is 25 n even tho e as great dress sence he refuses to wear the colour pink n definatly would not wear a sarong lol
