Rule in Hell, then if you want to make it heaven you can because you are lhe leader!!

It is better to serve in heaven but I will rule in Hell to much of a wild child and trouble maker.

It would be better to serve in heaven. In reality no one rules in hell. Hell was created as a punishment for Satan, not a place for him to rule.
