Electronics and Communication. That give you a bigger gamut of Subject and education. So you will have more opportunities.
Whatever you study - do it for your knowledge. Don't make result or score more important. Once you know the subject you will be able to achieve all your goals. Percentage acquired in examination help to get you chance for another study. In real professional field no one is interested to know how much you have scored - they all are interested to understand how much you know.

Computer science engineering.

I'm an electronics engineer, a computer and networking engineer (with three years experience in electronics, and a year and a half experience in computing and networking) and I still can't get a job.

I would suggest that u take up ECE as it gives u an opportunity to enter both into IT fields and the electronics field.It gives u an added advantage over other computer based students as they cannot be selected by electronics companies.But in the most u will most probably land up in an IT company than
an electronics related one after u finish ur course.

I'd actually suggest going to your school,a nd talking to the engineering department, and finding out what types of jobs you could get with either degree, and what the plusses and minuses are of both. Most people don't do this, but this decision will affect the rest of your life, so please get all of the information possible first.

In today's scenario both have gud job opportunities but if u are getting a chance to choose btw the 2 then opt for comp.sci engg.

Computer Sc & Engg should be your first choice . But electronics & comm is equally good.

Whatever you take , you will get job in IT sector only.....So better you take computer science..
