1) little bowls+water+rubber ducks
2) baby booties filled with jelly beans
3) empty baby food jars w/votive candles..
4) use inexpensive baby bottles as drinking glasses. Slightly clip the top of the nipple enough to slide a flexible straw through and fill with punch, etc. One bottle marked on the bottom and that person wins a small prize.

Make a cake out of rolled up disposable diapers as a center piece. Secure them with ribbons, it is very cute!

Teddy Bears and little outfits are always cute... A very fun game is....a bowl of rice with the small safety pins in it and you have to be blindfolded and find the safety pins... very fun!!
