and also your surroundings
never come in contact with a tuberculosis patient
always roam in clean air

eating good nutritious food and breathing good air that is air which is pollution free are two important prerequisites for guarding you against tuberculosis

If you come in contact with TB, via the air, such as if a person with TB would cough around you, then you could get it. To prevent TB, um, well, don't get in contact with someone who has it.
