Ok, I like to download music and movies. I also like to have something portable enough for me to bring everywhere. However, even though Ipod is a good product, I think the price is too outrageous for the 60Gb version. I want to have an mp3 player that is affordable, maybe that can also have a different function than just to store music and videos.
I like the idea of a PDA but they are limited in storage capacity, if I were to chose a PDA it has to be able to take pictures and video too and large capacity.
Can anyone help me?

I think the best way to go is with the ipod because for a 60 gb 400$ is pretty cheap. Think about it your paying about 300$ for a 4 gb mp3 player yet your paying 100$'s more for a video playing ipod with 60GB get it??

the newest generation of the conventional iPod is the iPod classic. That runs round 250 for an 80 gig version. I actual have one for artwork and it is fantasitc. The contact works an similar in spite of the indisputable fact that it has a thoroughly contact-depending interface and is in a position to run some astounding apps. in case you pick smaller, the recent iPod Nanos run about one hundred and fifty for an 8 gig.

Try a Windows Mobile Pocket PC or a Portable Media Center device. Mine got 4 GB and I got fresh music on it every day using Hubdog.

And it does much more than music and video since they are more or less PC.

Enjoy !

Look at a Portable playstation - will do music, videos, and play games - also cheaper than an Ipod (but you don't have all the memory.)

If you don't mind paying a fortune on SD cards, look around for a used Z72 PDA. It takes pictures and video, and can play them, too! You can also run PalmOS apps (Like Space Trader and LJP) on it.
