Yes....well he did inherit a mess and he hasn't been able to clean it up. And when the mess is causing lives he needs step down and let some one else get the job done.

I can see that. Brown stepped down after he realized what a disaster the FEMA response was after Katrina. He was man enough to admit that he may not have been a strong enough leader, maybe Amorello should do the same. I don't know all of the details though, so I can only give my limited opinion. If he did something wrong that put the public at risk, then he shouldn't step down, he should be fired.
