Do we evolve or adapt? Natural Selection, Evolution, Creationism, or perhaps a trifecta in a symbiotic relationship? God or Darwinism?

In a nutshell...We Evolve!

Traits & Characteristics that have helped Any Species survive...often can't cope...with radical changes/new challenges in their environment!

The Species either begins Dying off...or Offspring with slightly mutated traits/characteristics survive, and even prosper, under the changed conditions.

This shows Darwinism to hold True!...Species continually Evolve...continue to Adapt/Mutate...and individuals with the proper characteristics will survive & prosper (Natural Selection).

God??? This is a highly debateable question, which will definitely Not be Answered Here or Anywhere!...This Question will still be on Y/A a Hundred Years from now! (assuming Life on Earth still exists...There's another open-ended question!)

Addition: Adaptation is a form of evolving...successful adaptations enable the species to survive & individuals that are not equipped to survive become extinct. I believe adaptation & evolution go hand-in-hand...You can't Evolve, If you can't Adapt!

Wow, that's a lot of questions. Adaptation is a part of evolution, so we do both. Natural selection is also part of evolution. Creationism is certainly compatable with the idea of evolution, depending on how you look at it. No one has to pick God OR Darwinism unless they want to.

adapt/evolve? the difference between a species becoming better suited to it's surroundings , and a whole new species emerging. As one who is modestly scietifically trained , I accept the basic principles of evolution , but I've got a real problem with how new species emerge.Things go wrong when you try cross-species mating ( donkey+horse=mule , which is sterile). I get angry when people respond by saying 'well , if you leave it long enough'!That's not an answer , in an inifinite amount of time , everything is possible ( including nothing happening at all).I'll be interested to see some answers here.
Good question. Thanks.

Why God or Darwinism, darwinian view of evolution or at least core of the theory could be proces of our creation by God, we are being evolved and are changed biologicaly by changes in our enviroment .And the better design survived so that prevailling evolutionary changes spread all aroud the world.
In modern times , last 55000 years, there are no big changes in the enviroment, but the biggest changes are in our society, so we psychologicaly adapt to new social enviroment, but biologicaly in everything ( except perhaps in our neural wiring) we are the same as our ancestors who roamed earth 55 000 years ago.
We are usualy posting exclusive terms , but in the big picture there are perhaps parts of all theorys available today.

Those that adapt best to their environment, survive better. The characteristics that they aquired, enable them to evolve. God created the first protoplasm, then evolution took over. You can believe in God and his creation and evolution.
