Yes, in fact he appears to have a well formed conscience which is why he's able to make tough decisions. Those who have weak or error ridden consciences are the ones who are selfish and can't look beyond their own nose.

Eveybody has a conscience...but it's really a useless thing unless it's well formed.

I'm no 'born again' Christian like George Bush, but I do know that there's something called the Ten Commandments and one of them is THOU SHALT NOT KILL.

I don't think there's any disclaimer in there that says THOU SHALT NOT KILL UNLESS YOU'RE A U.S PRESIDENT WHO WANTS TO 'FINISH' WHAT HIS DADDY STARTED DURING STORM AND THEN TAKE OF IRAQ'S OIL SO THAT YOU AND YOUR CRONIES CAN GET RICHER AND RICHER.

Bush, Rumsfeld, and their boss, LimpDick Cheney couldn't collectively have one conscience between the three of them. They are all evil, incompetent, corrupt sub-humans. Surely Satan has reserved an oil-soaked corner of Hell for them where they can spend their eternal damnation blaming each other for the way they messed up our world. In collusion with an evil, incompetent and corrupt U.S. Congress, these bastards have ruined the world and destroyed the goodwill of the United States of America.

Now the smallest countries believe they must develop their own nuclear weapons of mass destruction as a defense against the world newest 'eveil empire' and biggest bully: the U.S.A.

The members of the Bush administration and the members of the U.S. Congress now in power should all be tried for high treason and interntional crimes against humanity. If convicted, they all deserve to face a public firing squad.

You see, people in positions of power, like the president, sometimes must take necessary actions that will result in the death of perhaps many people. In the US, this is not done lightly, as the president must answer for his actions.

But just because people die, does not mean the decision for action was wrong.
