If it's just a block of land and you're not doing anything with it just yet, I can't see the harm of letting people park on it? If they are just dropping off building materials onto it that are to be used on another site, I can't see any harm in that either if it is only temporary and you will not be having anything happen with your block for a while? However, if they are dumping rubbish materials there I see room for complaint.. I would then go in and ask the builders to please refrain from dumping junk on your block and take away what is there. You don't need to be an *** if no one is doing anything terrible. Let is slide and don't stress over small things. Being polite and friendly to people will gain you a better reaction than anger anyway.

Will getting angry help the situation? Why not just walk over there and ask the builders to please find other access to their respective jobs. If they are really not damaging the property in any way then why not let them use the property? Just make sure they don't leave behind a lot of construction debris. Getting angry is not the solution. Communication is.

Well, there are such things are property lines. I think about the only thing you could do would to be get a lawyer and take them to court. That would be a real pain though. Good luck.

Please get in touch with your local Sherriff's department....they will help you out. Set up a time when you all can meet. This has happened to my father a lot, it took only one visit from the law to resolve it. Good luck!

Tell them to move their ****!, its YOUR land and you payed for it so you are entitled to say what goes on and and what doesnt. Something could get damaged and it would be their fault.

Don't get mad... do something.... tell them that they're trespassing on your property. Find the job superintendent and tell him/her that if they trespass on your property they will face legal repurcussions.
