I gotta go with arrogance. I do respect it though when people try their hardest to overcome their arrogance. I have a neighbor who is rather arrogant but she does at least try to listen and have a dialogue even if she always thinks she's right.
Why doesn't she understand that I'm the one who knows everything?! LOL!

I can't stand egotistical people that think they know about everything and that they are the best at everything. It drives me crazy!!! No one person can be the best at EVERYTHING, but they don't seem to realize that....
