Does the description of space&time become irrelevant without the description of energy&matter and vice versa? If they can't exist independently from each other then I'm finding it hard to understand the definition of space&time not being the definition of what energy&matter is and does?

Is energy&matter the space&time it occupies? I understand that an area of space cannot have an ambient energy = 0 or the complete absence of all energy&matter due to its need for both a barrier and shape. So is space&time just a conceptually moving grid to understand and describe energy&matter?

What form does space&time take without the form of energy&matter.....I've just never heard of being able independently examine and dissect space&time away from the relevant energy&matter therefore causing this little essay.

These could be the dumbest questions in the world but i really hope for a couple of serious answers. Thanks.

I THINK UR VERY MUCH CONFUSED OF DEFINITIONS OF SPACE-TIME AND ENERGY AND MATTER
HERE ENEGRY&MATTER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SPACE-TIME AND VICE VERSA
so here space-time means a system of one time and three spatial coordinates, with respect to which the time and place of an event can be specified; also called spacetime continuum.
and energy and matter are not taken as whole as we defined space-time...they have seperate definitions

Space/Time is the basic fabric/framework from which our world as we know it has been created. YOu can almost think of it as a backdrop from which everything else your thinking of can follow. Without Space/Time there would be no energy or matter instead there would be nothingness. I guess you can think of it like a painting. You can have all the brushes and paint in the world but without the backdrop to work on .. you have got nothing.

Energy and mass are same. Different forms.theratically we could convert one to another.

Time and spcae 2 independant physical variables. No relation ship between thoose.

In some part of universe time can exist without space

time and space coexist with eachother meaning without one the other cannot be. but matter and energy work in different ways and do different things. in some places there is nothing but matter (balls of pure plasma/superheated and compresed matter) or nothing but nrg (very rare) but each of them is capable of existing without the other. and matter and energy both take up space. so the do not coexist in the same form as space and time. that is why space and time are refered to as space/time. they are the same thing because without the other they wouldn't be.

the answer to "So is area&time only a conceptually transferring grid to appreciate and describe ability&count?" is, more suitable or a lot less, convinced. It relies upon on your interpretation, which has little to do with physics, per se. as an instance, in case you purely had a experience of listening to (no contact, sight, etc.), you in all likelihood can imagine of a bell as a conceptual abstraction built to appreciate the nuances of the sound you've been listening to at the moment. more suitable commonly, what's typically refered to as "actual reality" itself ought to correctly be interpreted as an precis construct to describe our observations. It relies upon on what you favor to judge "authentic". this style of reasoning is called metaphysics, and is the learn of philosophers. Physics does not manage those subject matters. That suggested, mass-ability is an excited state (harmonic, so that you need to talk) perturbing the particular vacuum answer to our particular universe. there ought to correctly be others, in basic terms as there ought to correctly be different bells. Spacetime/bells can exist with out count/ringing, except for the bottom ability state you observed (bells have a minimum phonon occupancy too). yet, not visa versa; there isn't any ringing with out the bell.

Grasp the physics of heat and pressure being the same thing and one cannot exist without the other and then overlay that concept to what you are inquiring of. It is a simpler approach to the same conceptual formula.
