President of India has no real power.Its a retirement benefit given to distinguish politicians / personalities. They are more like show piece....much like queen of england.
So the only thing president of India can change during hie tenure is his house. From his old residence to rashpati bhavan.

First i will abolish the Reservation System which is given 2 lower castes.This is because all the people must be given equal consideration.Now a days Uppercastes' suffer a lot.
Then i will give a very stright order to abolish terrorists at any cost.
