First you have to apply at a driving school for a job. They are always looking for qualified instructors. If they are impressed with your mannerisms and other qualities they will train you. Eventually you will have to take a drivers test that will be twice as long and twice as hard as the normal test. The same applies to the written exam.

I am also interested in becoming one as well , here in Australia, so yeah , I should take note of hte way to become one.
I already go with friends when they are learning

Speak to one of the local driving schools, and they will be able to advise you. Who knows, you may even land a job with them on a on-the-job basis.
