America needs money to stay aflote. This means that to maintain the standard of living and to finance the war on terrorism, the USA is lending money from African Nations, who need the money themselves!!

Your question is all over the place, and I am not sure I understand it. There is no money flowing from Africa to the USA that I am aware of, but there is tons of foriegn aid flowing the other direction. African nations have been like a sponge soaking up U.S. dollars for decades because of corruption in African governments. The money you claim is "lended" is in fact "given" to them. The U.S. even gives money to our enemies, which in my opinion is purely foolishness.
