Who am I to argue the toss. I haven't heard of people getting more than two, but i'm a caucasian husband married to an asian wife and have paid, literally, great respect to what the doctor has told me?

I wonder what the implications of having a third C-section would be? I don't think the scar tissue would ever heal? Actually i'v no idea why, as this information was put my way by, as I say, an Asian doctor and a UK doctor might say otherwise?

Not an outwardly problematic dilema, but one that might be solved with other's input? C-Sections, how many please before my missus explodes, tongue and cheek?

Doctors in different cultures vary on what they say is OK for certain things. C-sections being one of them. If you're looking into having a thrid child, then do what's right for your family. If your doctor won't help you with the delivery, then find one who will.

Remember, you always run risks with ANY child birth. Surgical or natural, there are ALWAYS risks. And those risks generally get higher with each pregnancy. But there are TONS of families out there with more than 3 kids! You need to do what's right for you and your wife. Not what's right for the doctor.

My Aunt had Three C-sections. She still has a uterus but has had two miscarriages since the her last child was born. Her uterus cannot stretch anymore due to the scar tissue. So it is possible for mother and baby to survive it, but I recommend that the mother have her tubes tied during the third C-section.

the reason of this might be very simple,
caucasians are bigger than asians, and also vagina of asian female is smaller than vagina of caucasian female, so my explanation is that as you are caucasian your sperm cell make the child be bigger than your wife can bring by natural way,
the thing that might worry you, is that every pregnancy might end this way.

and healing a scar is not a problem, today medicine can heal much more for the right price :)

your wife could aslo consider surgery for her uterus and vulve but im have no idea what consequenses might be, you would have to speak to doctor about this, as i know about this kind of surgery from book.

i've got had 2 c-sections, 17 months aside so i did no longer have an decision for a vbac, too volatile. yet you could also have a vaginal transport in case you will detect a doctor prepared to do it. solid success i'm hoping you're able to do the vbac as you recognize how problematic that's to recover from a c-section.

the simple rule of c/s is

once a c/s always a hospital delivery
twice a c/s always a c/s.

so ur doctor has done nothing wrong in suggesting what he has said

scar tiisue will heal easily, but going for a vaginal delivery at this point is a very risky business
