As if the media or the opposition would ever let them remain unaware of their mistakes.

But there is a difference between making a mistake and having to adapt an ongoing plan.

For example, when Bush implemented a protectionist tariff on steel products, that was a mistake.

But Bush's pushing for military tribunals for Gitmo 'guests' was not a mistake; he will still get those because he will ask Congress to pass a law setting them up. Same desired result, just by a different path.

You mean every mistake you think they make? Everyone disagrees about some things, and just because YOU perceive something as a mistake doesn't make it so.

So who determines what is a mistake and what is not? No you, thats for sure.

Did you not see the spot about deciders, the president job is to decide, and he always makes the decisions, if you tell him that he is making mistakes, then he will not be capable of making decisions which is his job. So you choose a smaller evil, and that is allow him to continue deciding.

Yes but some aren't smart enough to be aware. It is Bush's fault that the price of gas is going up like crazy.

Are'nt they humans? They are very much aware of the mistakes the make. You should see them at night, they can't sleep because of all the mistakes.

They weep at night, nightmares of you reminding them of their mistakes is all they see.

Yes, you can only learn from your mistakes. Unfortunately some presidents :::cough**Bush**cough:::: decide to outright ignore assistants, politicians, and the public when they caution him against a bad move.

Of course they should, and they should have the balls to admit to those mistakes, apologize for them and make amends - not "stay the course" and spin like the current moron in the US.

I hope chimpy has been aware of his "mistake" at least 2500 times.

I doubt he has though. After all, they are just "material loss" for those Haliburton profits.
