I am thinking that my generation (20-30 yrs) are in line to start a revolution, it is our time, we have the energy and the information to do so, yet everyone i know is passified in some sort of electronic fuzz, spending hours on the internet, talking to people they will never meet on myspace and believing that how many 'friends' you have on myspazz is actually more important than the ongoing wars that we have a duty to oppose.
I am thinking that the government must have something to do with these forums because it is the perfect way to not only ensure you know where the subvertive members of your society are (at home in front of a screen), but it is the biggest generational consensus of demographic information and tastes imaginable, just so they can tailor the next generation of social engineering right to our needs...i am thinking we are turning into zombies

I am thinking about a question I could ask everyone and whether people believe in pixies. I am also thinking to myself, if college is over what am I doing in the college libary. I am thinking about how much books I can buy for twenty pounds and what kind they will be. I am thinking about learning to drive and also how I could get a book published. Also I am thinking about my script and how I can continue it. These are my thoughts as I think them.

Why did I get this email from Yahoo answers? Why am I answering this post? Why do I play on the Internet so much? Why am I alive? Why, why, why? Because life is good, stupid, that's why. Did you really have to ask me that? Now I'm going to fret over this all day.

I'm hoping that when my Lil Sweety wakes up, which should be soon now, she'll be enthusiastic about going to the beach for a picnic lunch and some swimming:)

What kind of answer to leave now that this takes me to 250 points. I was hoping it would be a thoughtful response but this is all I could come up with.

Truth-driven thinking is a philosophy that promotes and expands upon traditional critical thinking by taking into account human biases and emotions that skew perception. The philosophy promotes the notion that only by acting upon reality and truth, as currently estimated by science and reason, can results of the actions be optimized. Conversely, taking action based upon untrue, emotion-driven conclusions can have unintended, negative consequences. The phrase was popularized by, and believed to be coined by, Stephen L. Gibson in his 2005 book, “Truth-Driven Thinking” (Authorhouse, 2005).
Truth-driven thinking stands juxtaposed to “emotion-driven thinking”, which Gibson alleges is pervasive in all aspects of human knowledge and life. Truth-driven thinking is related to, yet distinctly apart from traditional critical thinking in that it takes into account human fallibilities and emotion-driven influences upon thinking and reasoning, explicitly suggesting a form of thinking driven by universal truth as the ultimate goal – not just the “careful evaluation” that is critical thinking. Critical thinking is defined by Webster as thought, “marked by careful evaluation”, and such techniques alone are insufficient to recognize and control known forces that compel humans to shape data and information to fit and rationalize our pre-existent views, expectations, beliefs, and worldviews. For example, a strong case is made by social psychologists and magicians alike, that the most logical and careful thinkers among us are as sus....hang on! theres someone at the door.
