I had a paper cut once.........I sued and won a paperclip, hole punch, pen and pencil..........not really, I stole them on my last day in the office before going on sick leave for 12 months to recover.

Yes, when i was in labour i almost died because of medical negligence. That was 2 years ago. They had failed to pick up on the fact that my daughter was transverse position and so not able to be delivered normal and they left me hemorrhaging for hours until i lost consciousness and then had an emergency c-section.

Medical negligence is common.5 percent of surgery failurre/complication due to negligence or wrong diagnostics.You can sue the doctor,if you have proof.Representation to Medical council is another option available.
