yeah i know what you mean, but really it is because you are in a bad mood that things go wrong. Things that wouldn't normally bother you most days get on your nerves more and the more that happens the worse your mood becomes. Although it is difficult we can change our moods just by deciding to do so, ( but if you are anything like me you will resist changing your mood because you feel entitled to feel angry- but you just have to force yourself because there is no point in wasting one of the days in your life feeling angry.) So all you need to do is say to your self- i am in control of my mood and then smile really loads ( as this releases feel good chemicals in to your brain) look up also, as this lightness your mood, and even force yourself to laugh. If you think about it our bodies behave in different ways depending on our mood, when we are peed off we frown, look down, cross our arms etc, when we are happy our body language is totally different, so by mimicing positive body language we can trick our brain in to being positive. Hope i haven't made you feel more agitated by saying all of this!! hee heee, give it ago next time ya mad i swear it works but you have go with the flow. have a good day :)

Energy.. the way you feel and manage your energy, makes all the difference, you loose energy when you're in a bad mood and start seeing thing less clear and get stressed out and get worse and well is just all a cycle, but if you're in a good mood you have more energy and you kind of "feel" what you should do, people change around you too.
BUT I don't mean energy as this "magical" spiritual fairy tale thing. call it luck if you want, but it's true, the way you feel affects what happens around you, even if it's just a tiny bit, or even if its because you're more relaxed and your body can work better
Try a novel called The Celestine Prophesy.. its just a story, but it talks about that

That's not necessarily true. Sometimes I have bad days and am grumpy because I'm tired. Then at other times everything does go wrong therefore creating a bad day for me.

bc you are already in a bad mood, and feeling like nothing is going right, and even when you are in a happy mood, and you do the same thing like make a typo three times, you are like dang, but when in a bad mood, and you make that same typo, you are like why is everything I do, wrong? its like you are already down, and just feel so bad.

Perception. When you are already agitated, things that would not normally bother you seem huge. Then, there's that Murphy's Law thing. ;-)
