Whoa whoa whoa... don't put him down. There are some people who like to be submissive. I've never experienced this but all you have to do is do watever she asks and never ask her to do anything... I'd hate it personally because I like to be the submissive one ;)

Ignore the derogatory comments you'll read here. This is one of many misunderstood lifestyles, and you'll get plenty of misinformed people sending you hate mail.
Although I don't have a great deal of experience in this area, I think understand it. I would suggest that, instead of just dumping the whole kit and kaboodle on your wife, let her try it on for size. It's probably easiest to introduce during sexual play, as you tell her you are hers to do with what she will. And you really mean it. Avoid the urge to 'Top from the bottom', giving her script prompts along the way. This merely undermines her authority, because she is doing what YOU want. Learning to be a good Top is going to take much practice and self-development on her part. It's big step to take, and a big responsibility. It doesn't come naturally to many people.
I know it is something that I, as a woman, am intrigued with, but because I understand the weight of responsibility that goes with it, I know that I am not ready to explore it yet. Please be understanding of your wife in this respect. It's not that she is refusing to please you if she says no; she might simply not want to take it on and do very poorly at it, thereby not only disappointing you, but maybe inadvertantly hurting you in the process.
Start out slowly and gently. Once it has become a sizeable part of your play-time, start taking it outside the bedroom. Once you are comfortable with that, you can try proposing the 24/7 arrangement.

Basically a woman already has a man wrapped around her finger we know how to get what we want when we want it. We know how to make a man succumb to ourevery wish if we chose to!
