I'm afraid there is nothing more you can do.

The CSA is a shambles, and they seem more interested in going after already paying parents than sorting out the ones who don't.

Sorry!

The CSA is a total disgrace. You are right about the fact that they chase down and over charge already paying parents so that they can meet their targets and look like they are doing their job. My babyfather has never paid a penny for his son who is now 4. The CSA have NEVER chased him for any payment, they just send me a letter every few months telling me that he has not made any payments - like I don't know that already, the sooner they get sorted the better and the only way to do that is to keep complaining, that is why they are now on the news etc because

I would ring up again and say to them that you would like to speak to the department that sorts out the CSA cases. I know that they take a long time I have heard this a number of times. Just ring them up and keep doing it till it is sorted out. It should only take at the most 8 weeks to sort out. Email them and state your situation and what is going on. Speak to a manager or supervisor. Get the names of people you talk to and what they have said to you and then write a letter of complaint about it. This is happening to too many people now. Be hard on the phone but not too hard that they dont take notice of what you are saying to them. Good Luck cause you will need it with them.

No i don't think there is..the CSA is a good idea gone completely bad and i did hear that it was being replaced with something else.
If you have done all you can, which it sound's like you have and you have proof of this then i would try not too worry about it too much, although i know that's easier said than done, but i don't see what else there is that you can do.
