Besides the basic requirement of speaking of English and other foreign language, here are the following that you need to do before you go to Europe:-
1. Visit the Malaysia embassy
--> Check the list of countries that need and does not need a visa - most do. Check and enquire the duration of visa.
2. Visit the foreign embassy for the country you intend to work
--> Check and ask the requirements and procedures for application a job and getting work permit.
* You need to bring along your personal identification documents and qualification documents. You also need to give name of gurantors - be prepared for it. They will check with your gurantors and also may ask them to write testimonials and need them to sign some documents. Yes, bring cash for visa application and for payment for permit and etc.
* FYI, certain country you can't work there.

it is not easy for u to work in europe - unless u can speak one of the european language .. like italian , german or french
try US -- or UK
