Hi Moon! I'm not sure you're referring to actual pain here, or simply nausea, but I would definitely suggest ginger. Whether it be some type of ginger tea or just taking ginger capsules (very inexpensive), they can be quite helpful for stomach problems. I even use ginger capsules myself when traveling, to prevent motion sickness. It works wonders!! :) Hope this helps!

peppermint or ginger is good. Chamomile tea is a natural calming drink. You may need to go to the doctors too, you may have an ulcer?, they tend to act up under stress. Oh don't take or use peppermint if you are pregnant it's harmful to the baby

Hi! If it is when you are stressed, I would try Licorice Root and Marshmallow Root ( as lonng as there are no Cardiac issues...if there are, do Ginger instead of Licorice). If it feels acidy, I would try Slippery Elm as well. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions.

Try some catnip tea, chamomile tea, or Sleepytime tea (Celestial Seasonings) also would work. All would help you to relax as well as settle your tummy.
Feel better soon!
