I'll tell you what my boyfriend did: he wrote on several pink little sheets of paper the reasons why he loves me. Then he put them in a small pink box and ask me to open this box every single day till he's away and pull out one sheet of paper and read why he loves.I'm sure you girl will be impressed by this self-made gift:)))Good luck!I'm with you!

As a woman, I will tell you what will make a HUGE impression.
Surprise her by: having your house spotless, cook her a meal, have the wine chosen and chilled or opened to breathe.
Or...take her on a picnic. Anything that is out of character for you. just surprise her and treat her like royalty! Girls love to brag about how their man totally catered to them. She will remember you in her new surroundings.
Another thought, have a piece of jewelry remade or fitted or polished or tightened. Get her a ring by tracing one of her existing rings and have one made. I'm telling you, she won't be gone for long!
