germany - very efficient; great heart
argentina - so much talent
france - they have zidane
italy - good defensive game (hated the cheap tricks though)
ghana/t & t/civ - not much luck for them but quite frankly, theirs were the matches i most enjoyed

The best football to watch, of course Germany, but the most efficient without a doubt Italy.

The objective of the game, is to win. So, Italy played the most amazing football. Any other consideration doesn't matter.

france started badly but when they reached the round of 16 they played amazing.
ukraine qualified for the first time (i think) n actually reached the quaterfinals which was impressive.
italy won n they played nicely especially their defence.
n who could forget ghana who actually made it till the round of sixteen.
these teams played amazing football in this world cup.

they scored much and took only 2 goals (1 by themselves and 1 penalty)

overall, Spain and Germany played the best but each had one bad (or unlucky game if you choose to see it that way) game. Italy had an amazing defense, though.

Argentina did! They lacked consistency and some of their games weren't all that great, but when their brilliance showed through it was absolutely astounding to watch. :D
