Sniffers drive me mad! It's probably just a habit and she may not realise she's doing it. Try having a packet of tissues to hand and every time she sniffs, offer her one - that should sort it out!

Oh I had one of those! God, its annoying. Don't know why, but I suspect its done precisely with the intention of annoying people. Why else would a person need to do that? Unless she's surreptitiously snorting coke there? Or has some weird allergy.

she may have hayfever

and like me, it's fcuking intolerable at this time of year. I love summer, but even sitting outside can turn into a miserable affair when you can't taste the barbie, and even talking is difficult, coz u can only breathe out of ur mouth, as nose is so blocked up, eyes streaming and sore

if it's not that, tell her to blow her bloody nose!!

Yuk. How very unattractive. Sounds like a coke habit to me. Does she disappear to the loo at regular intervals too????

It's one of life's cruel and annoying tests.....

Do you sit there calmly and quietly and do your best to ignore her perhaps offering her a tissue or do you throw something large and heavy in her general direction with a view to knocking her unconcious?
