Seems like overkill. You squeeze it and the guy passes out. Rupturing sounds just cruel.

You are best to take the advice of the many and not use such an extreme measure unless you life was on the line.
There are many ways to hurt some one in self defense.
To me it sounds like you want this information so you can go to some guy and tell him, "I know how to..."
If this is the case you may be asking for a lot more than you are ready for.
Why?
because doing something like that is communicating a threat of bodily harm

You are most likely to rupture an attackers testicle with a swift kick. That will slow down the largest of attackers... Then run!

I wouldn't take self defence that far. If you were to cause perminant injury (even to an attacker) They have a legal right to sue you for malicious wounding. And battery.
The worst part about this is that these scumbags are actually winning these cases. and families are being taken to the cleaners by these people.
Best thing to do is Stun and go for help. it will keep it self defence in the eyes of the law.
