Email the security for the password he is looking for. Include his name and anything he knows about the account, like if he knows the screenname and anything else.

E-mail the company that has your account, otherwise....
Legally No one can help you.
It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password.
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.
But your question might be an honest mistake so it was not reported.

Go to password help on the sign-on page and click "forgot password", it will get your information and send you your password quickly and allow you access until you receive it. Otherwise, contanct your internet service provider by phone and they can reset the password (and give you the new temporary one over the phone) which would be the other way. Take Care.

you can wiat for the email id to expire, it might take a few months but if u r adamant abt the id just try this out it works
hey and the best part is u wont need to delete old mail the mail box will be as gud as new

I'd say, get a new email address and tell everyone he knows, that knows his old email, that he's not using that one anymore and give them the new email address
