Unfortunately, not a whole lot (see below), my kids both were on my sciatic nerve during pregnancies and caused me not to be able to walk really good and needed help to get up. Very painful, I know what you are going through. Someone told me that I should have tried acupunture that it helped them. I tried chiropractic (temporary relief), physical therapy, (which was a total joke in my opinion because they have you do these exercises that you cant do because you are in so much pain). I would try the acupunture. I had some relief with the chiropractor. Try a good pregnancy massage too. God Bless and Congratulations!

At that age it isn't really a worry. Usually it only becomes a problem as you near labor, and even then it's not as bad as being breech. I actually gave birth to my son when he was laying that way. Something that I will be trying this next time if the baby is the same is what I heard recommended from a midwife once: use gravity. Try doing mild exercises which brings your belly down, like pelvic rocks on all fours, or curling over a birthing ball and rocking that way. But that's really your only chance to try. In the end the baby may just do what it wants to do.

A pregnancy massage can work wonders. But in my case my midwife had me get on my hands and knees in a warm bath and put my belly in the water. The warmth attracts the baby.

It is nearly impossible to move a baby from that position, but you can try to move her around by pushing up from either side of your lower belly. Is she hurting you or something? She'll move. Give her 5 weeks and she will have travelled into every position in every part of your womb.

You dont need to, at only 21 weeks she still has lots of room to move and will change positions many times before your due date. :)
