it is not recommended,a better way is to eat what's on the table and eat what are eaten normally by a normal person.

well these days you can be any of them with all the supplements you can get, but i find it generally easier to be omnivore. the body gets all the vitamins, protein, iron and everything else from a healthy omnivore diet. eating total veg or total meat requires more discipline and unless carefully controlled can affect your health. so overall a bit of meat regularly is good in my book.
