Smile at a stranger today, give your spare change to a homeless person, donate the stuff you never use and is just cluttering up your home to the Salvation Army, donate blood, spend some of your spare time at an assisted living facility talking to those who live there. save an animal's life by adopting a pet from your local shelter. Do unto others as you whould have done to yourself.
