The answer here is not which is the better team, but which team would suit his play better.
As a rule, very few players from South American have excelled in the Premire League, and while Arsenal does play a style more suited for them, they still play in that league. By the same token, few Enland players have excelled outside of England.
If I were Kaka, that is what I'd be looking at, and based on that, I'd either want to be in Spain, Portugal, or Italy. England, of all the top leagues in Europe, would be come in last.

First of all Kaka' is not leaving Milan, because his father (that is his manager as well) said it. And because Milan is staying at the Serie A. So stop dreaming fans of all clubs of the world! Anyway if we suppose we're talking about another player, I think every club is better than the overcrowded Real, which only buys player for the pleasure of having them and showing them to the others.
