Feel peace with people you comfortable with. You said you married, why don't you spent one day with your wife or your kid (must be they're babies right?). Feel peace with relaxing. Don't think about loosing job, accident, and bla bla bla. don't even think about your job!

If you're loosing job, maybe He wants you to get another job that's is way more fantastic than you have.
Mishap with family..,, trust me, lots of people will get much closer after that
Accident..,, then you'll go to heaven! that's fun, really.

Welcome to the real world. As a kid you thought school was much harder than just having to go to work like Mom and Dad did.
Well now it's time for you to really grow up, not physically, not emotionally, not psychologically.
It's a different type of growing up that has no name yet. sort of personal fortitude. You have to learn how to be brave in the face of anything. And always remember, no matter how bad things get you can always manage some how.
You may not have a BMW, and a fancy home, but put a roof over your head and food on the table and you have made it.

Honestly, the serenity prayer helps a lot, too. If you're not into religion, that's fine. You can still use it though. If you can change something in your life, change it. If you can't, accept that you can't. And you'll need to wisdom to know the difference. It gives me peace of mind to know that I've done all I can do about something and if I can't do anything, then I can't.

Worrying is one of the most useless feelings. Tell yourself (and try hard to believe it) that you cannot always control what happens to you, but that you will be okay no matter what happens. I usually say "oh bother" when things happen that I have no control over and then I move on. Good luck *smiles*

stay positive I know at times its hard and you start contemplating on things. god has given us another chance to live (another day)where you can use it as a mission of " if I was put on this earth today and these are my current life senario" then, what can i do to change where I want to go with my life .. so sleep on it (easy said than done. i know bro) , use your thougths for good positve thinking and positive events will unfold. in the end you are in charge of your life. so do it for yourself and dont try to please anybody else until you are please within yourself. your time for happiness will come. it just that its got to start within yourself but remember we are all in the some boat. I learn from my parents that this can be achieved when they left their homeland at mid-age and had to start life here from scratch and they never gave up.. bro!

i think just about every one thinks those sort of thing nowadays
just relax get some medication to help and try and enjoy wot ya got.
anything can happen and thats a good reason to enjoy now.
