Good question. Who knows what is actually real. We are all just made of energy as is everything in the universe. Is it real? I don't know and at this stage, don't care. Even Einstein said that it is all just an illusion. It feels pretty real though and perhaps that is a form of reality.
I have a brain-ache now.......... ouch.

It works both ways. You may dream of something that really happened to you. And you may dream of a solution to a problem that in reality you did not know how to solve.

it is dreams that makes you see reality .why ,because you for something before it comes to reality and to reality of it it needs action before it comes to reality. eg God dreamt before creating the world. He had a vision and action was taking right after that dream
