for this he's banned for 3 games

he's too old now and not as fit as he use to be, although it will not make him any less of a good player, but his time has come now to step down and let the youngsters show of there talent.... he wants to go with some pride (although i think he messed that one up in the final!) and leave when he was still halve descent and be remembered for his great talent and skills, not be remembered as a once great player, who is now old and run-down and unfit.... once you have gone past your prime stage, its time to retire
