Well, if this site was US Yahoo answers, then you may have a point, but curling is a very popular sport in Canada and Europe. Many of the northern states also have curling programs in place. Hopefully you live in an area that has a curling rink so that you can go out and try it. If not and you are ever visiting somewhere snowy, you should give it a try.
Part of the charm of curling is that anyone can participate as it is a very social sport. However, to master the sport takes years of practice and dedication.

have you ever watched the olympics?? its extremly popular and it rocks (haha my stupid pun)!.. and by the way, if any of you DARE say that curling is a sissy sport or that its easy, id like to meet you... and make you try it and then see whos laughing... hahaha.... ive been curling for about six years and its a great sport, and good excercize

well like duhh!!! it is a totally awesome game. like the way the ice is all frozen and stuff. oh ya and the way the they put those little circles on the ice. it makes me go crazy!!! and the rock itself, i have one, and i think my rock has his eye on it. i mite set up a date for them. it would be pretty kool. dont you think? they mite wanna go to oh i dont know...PHOENIX, so they can get warm and cozy.
